- 1 HMR 70 Plus Vanilla Shake
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp rum extract
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Stir together the 70 Plus with water, then mix in the rum extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- 2. Slice the banana into thin slices and top over the 70 Plus pudding mixture.
