We are excited to bring on a new team member in our corporate office and we are currently recruiting for an Office Services Associate to join our team.
The Office Services Associate will perform a variety of administrative and office operational tasks in support of the Office Inventory at the Home Office, which we aptly title, the Warehouse. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining shipping and receiving of materials, ensuring proper levels of inventory are on the shelves for orders, accurately coding of invoices for proper billing, and assist with the accurate counting of inventory throughout the year. This position is also part of a smaller team so cross training and backing up of other members is essential.
Key Job Responsibilities
Process daily office and restaurant supply orders for Company by ensuring orders are entered in system appropriately, collated, packaged, mailed, and logged and followed up for complete processing order and delivery. Pack and ship products according to public and private mail codes.
Maintain shipping system to ensure addresses remain current and accurate.
Assign numbers to new inventory items and maintain ordering portal for Company
Verify that invoices are complete and accurate and process appropriately for timely payments.
Distribute Department deliveries.
Monitor departments shipping habits to maintain the most cost-efficient procedures are in place.
Maintain and organize inventory of all cleaning, maintenance, shipping, and lunchroom supplies.
Monitors holidays to ensure shipping/receiving is handled according to various schedules.
Provide back up to other Office Services team members as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
High school diploma with two plus years relevant work experience required.
Prior customer service experience is highly desired.
Knowledge of public and private mail regulations desired.
Valid New York State driver's license and safe driving record required.
The pay range is $18.00 -20.00 per hour depending on experience. Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
